General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the online perfume and cosmetics store La Parfumerie de Carlito, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and its customers, hereinafter referred to as "the Customers." Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products and prices
2.1. Products:
The Seller offers for sale perfumes and cosmetics that comply with current French and international legislation. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.
2.2. Price:
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is validated. Product prices are shown in euros and include all taxes (VAT); they do not include delivery charges, which will be added to the total order amount.
3. Orders
Orders: The Customer places their order online, either after creating a customer account or as a guest. The order is final upon payment and validation by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to excessive quantities, prior disputes with the Customer, or non-payment.
3.1. Placing an order:
The Customer can place an order online on the e-commerce site by creating an account, then adding the desired products to the cart, checking their order, and proceeding to payment.
3.2. Order validation:
The Seller will confirm receipt of the order by email, but this does not constitute final acceptance. The sale will be considered concluded after the Seller has validated the payment.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or non-payment.
3.3. Product unavailability:
In the event that a product is unavailable, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to offer a similar product or to refund the amount paid.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment methods:
Purchases can be paid for using various secure payment methods, such as credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal. Payment must be made in euros, and any bank fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery and Returns

The Seller works with a company that provides deliveries in France and internationally, according to the terms specified on the website.
5.2. Delivery times:
The Seller undertakes to ship orders within 2 to 8 days of payment confirmation by the Seller. This may take between 6 and 18 days for French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).
5.3. Delivery costs:
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the products.
5.4. Customer responsibility:
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, in order to allow the order to be delivered under optimal conditions.
5.5 Seller's responsibility:
In the event of a delay or delivery problem beyond the Seller's control, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
5.6 Returns: You can return unused products within 30 days. If we find that they have not been used, you will be refunded.
6. Guarantees and Liability
6.1. Withdrawal period:
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
6.2. Cancellation procedures:
The Customer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw in writing, and the products must be returned in their original condition and complete, at the Customer's expense.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Legal guarantee of conformity:
The Seller guarantees that the products delivered conform to the order and undertakes to refund or replace any defective product.
7.2. Responsibility:
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier, nor for damages caused by improper use of the products.
7.3. Force Majeure:
The seller cannot be held responsible for total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without prior authorization from the seller.

10.2. Dispute resolution:
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Seller's customer service department to attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the sale of the products.
